Meals
We work with ‘Ansamble’, a healthy and natural catering company that makes the following commitments:
- An environmentally-friendly approach (limiting waste, recycling containers, reducing the environmental footprint, etc.)
- To take into account the seasonal nature of products, in order to take full advantage of their flavours and textures.
- Give preference to fresh, local produce and French produce.
- Support biodiversity and nature-friendly agriculture.
- To provide a varied service, cooked with care to encourage learning about taste and flavours.
- Monthly events based on a unique culinary theme.
- Offer menus based on a food plan in line with the nutritional recommendations of the PNNS and the G-RCN.
- We also take advantage of local shops to introduce children to local vegetables, fruit and cheeses.
